1) There is a GSA Meeting at lunch today in the Youth Health Centre.

2) Attention all Grade 12 Students:  the 2018-19 graduation ceremony will take place on Wednesday, June 26th at 6:00 pm  in the school gymnasium.  Please see Ms. Stairs in Student Services to pay your $50 grad fees – CASH only.  If you have not been sized for your grad gown, see Mr. Stevenson in Rm 314.

3) Come down to the gym today at lunch to watch the Ultimate Frisbee championship game.  The cost to watch is $1 dollar per person and all proceeds go to the leadership trip.  

4) "On Tuesday at lunch the Shine Committee will be having a café in the dark room next to the cafetorium. There will be hot chocolate and tea so bring your own reusable mugs if possible! Sweet treats will also be sold."

5) Hey staff members, Council is putting on a breakfast for you today at lunch in the food prep room to celebrate Teachers Appreciation Day.

6) The Cole Harbour High/Islandview Ringette team played at the Ringette Nova Scotia 1st High School Tournament this weekend (first one since 1989). Our girls did great, out of 7 teams they finished third.  Friday night they beat Carrefour 5-2, and then lost to Prince Andrew 6-3. On Saturday they lost 3-2 to Millwood and Sunday they beat West Kings 5-2, every game was a good game. They all played their hearts out and supported each other and had a lot of fun. Special shout out to goalie Julia Hickey who was outstanding all weekend.

7) There will be a very quick meeting at the end of second period in room 314 for anyone interested in Track and Field.
