Good evening Cole Harbour High Families,

As we continue to prepare for opening, please see below for the next piece of the plan:

Two Masks will be provided to every student, however please ensure they have a mask on when they get on the bus or arrive at school on opening day.  If this is not an option, students or parents are welcome to drop by the main entrance Sept. 3 or Sept 4 between 8 am and 2 pm to collect their masks before the first day.

Entrances have been restricted to control flow in the building.  Please note: All students are to enter by the gym entrance on the bus loop.  No other door will be accessible to students for entry during morning arrival. *Students arriving after the beginning of class time are asked to come to the main entrance to see administration.

Students being dropped off can be driven into the staff parking lot and brought to the student drop off area near the back corner by the bus loop.  Only buses are permitted to drive on the bus loop at any time, please do not drive students to the gym entrance.

CHDHS hallways are wide enough for two way traffic if students travel in a single file line.  Students are asked to respect the safety of self and others in the building by adhering to this practice.  Lockers are not available for use as per health authority guidelines.

In order to ensure single file, stay to the right traffic, students are asked not to gather in hallways and common areas. Upon entering the building in the morning and after lunch, students are to go directly to their class to await the beginning of instruction.
