1. Cavs, if your looking for a quiet/silent space to prep for your exams during your off block during the next two weeks.  Please feel free to use room 301 during the school day.  This is a quiet prep space for maximum 15 students.  There may be times it won’t be available, but those times will be posted on the door. 

2. Humans vs Zombies will take place Friday, January 20th 6:30 – 9pm for more information and to sign up  - use the QR code on the posters throughout the school or see a Student Council Member.

3. Thursday, January 19 is Grad Photo Retake Day.  Retake sign up sheet is in the main office.

4. Friday, January 20 will be our first Equity and Respect t-shirt day of the year.  If over 50% of students and staff wear their t-shirts, the Valentines Dance in February will be free for all students. 

5. The deadline for the Schulich Scholarship is January 23rd.
Schulich Leader Scholarships is an award of up to $100,000
Student eligibility criteria and for more information go to the school's scholarship website, under Our School, and For students.  Deadline for applications is January 23rd to student services.

6. Autism Nova Scotia is looking for Peer Volunteers for their Community Leadership Program. If you are interested in finding out more about this opportunity, please see the poster on the bulletin board and posted around the school.

7. Any boys interested in playing Rugby this year, there will be an important meeting today at lunch in Room 106.

For all the students who have signed up for the EUROPE 2024 trip, please note that there will be a very important information sharing meeting this Thursday, January 19 at 5:30 pm in the cafetorium. Both parents and students are invited and encouraged to attend.
