1. Movie night will be Thursday, March 9.

2. "The last tryouts for badminton have been rescheduled to next Thursday March 9th between 2-3 pm. This will be the last practice prior to March Break. After March break the team list will be posted."

3. In Support of a Learning Centre Field trip, Cole Harbour Learning Centre  presents a Fused Glass Art Sale March 8 and 9th at lunch hour in the foyer.  Items for sale are necklaces, pendants, bowls and light catchers, $5, $10, $15.  Come out and support the our students in the Learning Centre.

4. There will be a short meeting for students interested in African Drumming at lunch in the office conference room.

5. There will be an information meeting on Tuesday (March 7) at lunch in Room 302 for all students interested in taking part in the Nova Scotia High School Drama Festival. DramaFest is a 3-day fine arts festival held in May at Dalhousie University that brings together high school students from across the province.

6. There is a meeting for the Grade 12 Prom Committee in Ms. Ward’s Room 302 at lunch.

7. There are upcoming auditions for a show being put on in Dartmouth at The Sanctuary Arts Centre this June!  The auditions are for a Fairytale Friends Musical Production. They are looking for performers to portray fairytale princesses in the show. This volunteer opportunity could be beneficial to those students looking to get volunteer hours or specifically CAS hours for IB students!  The audition dates are March 11th, with potential call backs on March 18th. If people are unable to make it for an in person audition they are allowing self tape auditions to be sent in to them via email.
