1. If you have not received a 2023-2024 Student ID Card, please check at the office during an off block or at lunch.

2. Are you a female or non-binary students who is has an interest or potential skills in technology, problem solving, leadership, teamwork, communication?  If so, you may be interested in the Women In Tech Day, hosted by Dalhousie University.  
With the help of our instructors and female mentors, they will be put into groups to solve logic and coding problems to build their confidence in computing! Coding experience isn’t necessary to attend the event. 

3. The Army Reserves are hosting a Job Fair on Wednesday, November 29th from 9am til noon.

If you are interested in what jobs and opportunities the Army Reserves has for you, and would like to attend their job Fair, please see Ms Barry ASAP, as spots are limited. There are paid opportunities beginning in high school, so if you were thinking about the army and would like to find out how you can start earning money one evening a week and weekends, this would be helpful to attend.

4. There will a girls basketball practice tonight at 6 pm and a boys basketball practice at 8 pm.

5. Judo club is cancelled for today November 6.

6. Hey there Cavs, The student council diversity and inclusion reps are hosting a cultural fair later this month. Any students who wish to participate or volunteer for this event are asked to attend a short meeting this Wednesday at lunch in the council room. If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to participate forms to sign up will be available in the office. The date for the event will be released tomorrow after its confirmed. Thanks Cavs.
