2) All girls interested in playing for the Cole Harbour High varsity basketaball team, there is a sign-up sheet outside of the gym.  All are Welcome!  The first try-out will be next Friday, October. 19th at 2:00 pm in the gym.

3) All cadets and reservists please go to Rm 314 at 9:30 am today.

4) “Best Buddies” is starting up in our school!  Best Buddies is an inclusion-based program within the Learning Centre where we help include and integrate the students in the learning centre with others.  It’s an amazing way to become involved within our community!  If you are interested, there will be a meeting on Monday at lunch in the media room!  Please let Jamie Spicer and Bailey Marnitz know if you would like to be involved.

5) Attention Grade 12 students: Remember this is a busy Open House season for colleges and universities – be sure to go to the school webpage, click on “Calendar” and view all of these important event details by clicking on each calendar entry. Please note that next Thursday is the NSCC Open House when all NSCC campuses in the province will be welcoming potential students and waiving application fees on that date. Programs fill up very quickly on that day, so if you want to get ahead of the rush, be sure to put your application into NSCC this weekend well in advance of the open house!
