1) Hey CAVS!  Interested in activisim and making our school a better place?  Come to our Intersecional Feminist Club meeting in the TAP room (room 212) every Wednesday during lunch.  Next meeting is March 10th.  The presentation will be about sexual assault and consent.

2) There will be a girls basketball practice on Monday after school.

3) Hey CAVS, next week is spirit week that leads us into March Break!  The spirit week goes as follows:
Monday – Natural hair day with Bingo
Tuesday – dress to impress with long jump
Wednesday – liberation flag with limbo
Thursday – decades day with bean bag toss
Friday is our black out day with Bingo

4) Attention Grade 12 students:
The Cole Harbour District High School and Community Awards Application is now available on the school webpage - everyone is encouraged to take a few minutes to fill in the Application Form and submit. There are over 30 scholarships and bursaries you will be considered for simply by filling in the google form. Deadline for submitting applications is April 2nd.

5) Attention Grade 12 students planning to attend NSCC in September - Applications for the High School Entrance Awards are now open. These awards are tuition waivers equal to the tuition cost of a full-time NSCC program. Please check the NSCC website for eligibility details.
