Tuesday March 28th Announcements

March Madness Food Drive

1. This week, March 27th – 31st is MARCH Madness!   There are boxes throughout the school to collect non-perishable food donations.   Along with CHDHS, there are 8 other high schools participating, split into two teams to compete for the most points!.   We are on Team 2 with Citadel, Bayview, Auburn and Millwood!  (remember $1=1 point). LETS BRING HOME A WIN CAVS.

2. There is a Mario Kart Tournament running this week at lunch Mon-Fri.  It’s $5 to play and all proceeds go towards Feed Nova Scotia as a part of the HRCE-wide March Madness food drive competition.  There are sign-up sheets located on posters throughout the school!

3. In support of March Madness – This week is Spirit Week!!
Today Tuesday March 28 – Twin Day
Wednesday March 29 – Country Club vs Country Western
Thursday March 30 – Dress to Impress
Friday March 31 – Grade war…

• Grade 11 Wear Red
• Grade 12 Wear White

Stay tuned for info about lunchtime activities that’ll be running throughout the week.

4. There will be a meeting in Mrs. Wards Room 302 for all students involved or interested in attending Dramafest on Thursday at Lunch.
Please bring your permission forms if complete. Anyone new people who are interested are also welcome to attend.

5. Prom Committee meeting today at Lunch in Mrs Ward Room 302.
6. The final Volleyball Tournament game with Team 1 vs Team 2 will be happening during lunch on Thursday.  The Winning team will be playing a game against the teachers Friday last period.     Spectators will pay $1 to support March Madness Food Drive.
