1)  IMPROV IMPROV IMPROV.  A reminder that there is IMPROV club afterschool today from 2-3:30 in the Music room.  All are welcome for fun and games.

2) Hey CAVS!  Interested in activisim and making our school a better place?  Come to our Intersecional Feminist Club meeting in the TAP room (room 212) today at lunch.  The presentation will be about sexual assault and consent.

3) Hey CAVS, this week is spirit week .  Today is limbo in the caf at lunch and tomorrow is decades day with bean bag toss in the caf at lunch.

4) The Best Buddies will be hosting a meeting today at lunch in the learning centre to recruit new members.  All are welcome.  After lunch we will hosting a movie, games and snacks in the gym for the new recruits and members of the Best Buddies group.

5) In Girls basketball action at home last night, the Lady Cavs continued their unbeaten streak of 6 and O.
The Cavs were led by London Marinoff who single handedly out scored the Dartmouth High Junior Varsity team by herself with 34 points.
The Cavs took the decisive win, 77-26.
Other scores for our girls were Julianne Sparks with 21 pts., Monica Oliver with 13 pts., Hannah Barrie with 4 pts, Taylor Scott with 4 pts.
A big shout out goes to Ashley " Sharpshooter" Smith who scored her first ever basket.
Good job girls, it's all about teamwork!!.

6) Any African Nova Scotian student interested in another chat session with Ms. Cain and Mr. Sparks on Friday at lunch should let Mr. Simmonds know or sign up on the sheet in the main office.
