Returning Student Registration Form
The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

We coach students in Grades 10, 11 and 12 to plan, prepare and pursue college and university – and continue to provide wrap around supports as they navigate their post-secondary education and transition into their chosen careers.
